Billing and Returns Agent


The Billing and Returns Agent will handle the calls from customers that call in asking questions about their invoice, or they want to return or exchange a product.  The agent will listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns. 

The agent will handle customer complaints, process returns, and provide information about ICON’s products in a professional manner. The agent will accept responsibility and work under moderate supervision, while resolving problems.  Should have great work ethics and people skills.

The agent will be cross trained in customer service to help with overflow call volume so the agent will need to be well versed in ICON’s products so they can provide information about products and services.
Include the following.  


  • Take incoming calls and make some outbound calls.  
  • Deal with shipping companies on any shipping issues.  
  • Reply to customer emails that deal with Billing and Returns issues.  
  • Send invoices to customers upon request.  
  • Set-up Return Authorizations for customer who are returning their machines through the Direct Marketing Department.  
  • Work with the Marketing Department as necessary on various customer issues.  
  • Stay current with all product and procedures.
  • Process credits for iFit and Marketing  
  • Complete additional assignments from the Billing and Returns Supervisor


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent attendance history.  
  • Professional writing skills, grammar and spelling.  
  • Knowledge of Gmail and other Google programs
  • Must be able to work with a team and work on your own with little or no supervision
