The Billing and Returns Agent will handle the calls from customers that call in asking questions about their invoice, or they want to return or exchange a product. The agent will listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns.
The agent will handle customer complaints, process returns, and provide information about ICON’s products in a professional manner. The agent will accept responsibility and work under moderate supervision, while resolving problems. Should have great work ethics and people skills.
The agent will be cross trained in customer service to help with overflow call volume so the agent will need to be well versed in ICON’s products so they can provide information about products and services.
