Agent for Customer Satisfaction will answer incoming emails, chats and calls from customers who have purchased our fitness products. Helping customers resolve issues, answer questions, and diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and technical situations Will train candidates on phone, system of record software and products.
Agents will be required to maintain high statistics as well as attendance standards. Agents must pass training curriculum and knowledge based certification. Hourly wage $10.95-$13.25 an hour based on experience/certifications, plus commission and performance bonus. Pay increased through completion of certification. Full Time Schedule Monday through Friday, 8 hour shift between 6am to 6pm. Some Saturdays may be required.
