Call Floor Supervisor

  • Motivate and encourage agents through positive communication and feedback
  • Help agents astablish and obtain their goals through effectively assisting customers
  • Devise ways to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated
  • Ensure adherence to policies for attendance, established procedures etc.
  • Assisting customer with appropriate resolutions to extenuating situations
  • Other duties may be assigned.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  Excellent Customer Service.  Leadership skills.  Grammar and Punctuation.


  • Two years management /supervisory experience in a call center or applicable environment. 
  • Bachelor degree in business administration is preferred but not required.
