Telemarketing Phone Agent

The position will facilitate website sales through the use of LivePerson chat tool.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 include the following.

  • 2-3 years of proven telephone sales or chat sales experience.  
  • Solid keyboard skills and experience with using CRM software.  
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals.  
  • Knowledge of call center environment.  
  • Proven Lead qualification skills with a strong sales aptitude.  
  • Dynamic and engaging written communication style.  
  • Excellent interpersonal and business communications skills-verbal and written.  
  • Expert knowledge of Icon products and accessories.  
  • This is not a work from home job.  
  • Other duties may be assigned.  


QUALIFICATIONS  

  • Understand sales processes.  
  • 60+ WPM typing skills.  
  • Solid keyboard and computer skills. 
  • Experience with CRM software.  
  • Sales experience (2-3 years).  
  • Understanding of basic online chat.  
  • Written and verbal skills to establish rapport.  
  • Works well with customers.  
  • Develop and nurture prospective relationships.  
  • Use non-threatening questioning skills to collect prospect profile information.  
  • Quickly and easily read others through verbal and written clues.  
  • Follow logical, analytical approach to business conversations.


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Hours:

6:00am-9:00pm-variable

Some Saturdays will be required
