iFit Support Product Specialist


Come and join the fast paced world of iFIT Support.  We are a small team, dedicated to helping people meet their fitness needs through our mobile app, website, fitness equipment along with wearable fitness trackers.  If you want to help people, learn a ton about how digital fitness works, have great coworkers, can handle the occasional difficult personalities and be on the cutting edge of the latest fitness technology: this is the job for you.

Some of the attributes and experience we are looking for.  If you have these, let’s talk.

  • Experience in customer support through; chat, phone and email. Or equivalent skills working with the public in retail or other means.
  • Knowledge of popular operating systems: IOS and Android platforms.
  • Knowledge of ISPs, Routers and home network setups
  • Knowledge of Apple and Android products: tablets, phones, etc.
  • Have awesome communication skills: verbal and written
  • Be able to work with little supervision
  • Genuinely want to help folks with their fitness needs
  • Want to work full time 8 hours a day with an occasional weekend, anywhere from 6:00am to 6:00pm
  • Excellent attendance
  • A stellar work history
