Administrative Assistant Global Marketing


Schedule appointments, take direction, and otherwise relieve officials of clerical work and minor administrative and business detail.


Include the following:

  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepare facilities, and record and transcribe minutes of meetings
  • Participate in marketing and creative content meetings
  • Review expense reports
  • Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations
  • Some travel required, frequent travel possible
  • Coordinate Senior VP’s daily schedule and make appointments
  • Conduct research, and compile and type statistical reports
  • Compose and maintain file system, and file correspondence and other records
  • Answer and screen Senior VP’s telephone calls, and arrange conference calls
  • Greet scheduled visitors and conduct to appropriate area or person
  • Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials
  • Coordinate meals as needed
  • Ability to meet physical demands of job
  • Other duties may be assigned


To be developed


High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google’s equivalent (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Ability to speak professionally and represent the executive in an exceptional manner


Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business reports.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public


Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.


Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.  Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
