Electronics Planner


Determine and execute work schedules, diagnose problems and ensure quality control, preventative maintenance and compliance with safety procedures and regulations. Monitor each stage of the production process to increase efficiency and productivity as well as identification of production delays.  Core responsibility is to ensure the smooth and seamless operation of the production and distribution of parts to finished goods factories.

  • Ensure efficiency of finished goods plant production schedule.
  • Assist to identify and resolve all issues in normal operations and manage all communication for any schedule disruption.
  • Provide all updates and information for manufacturing process.
  • Maintain inventory levels by checking stock, anticipating needed product and expediting as necessary.

  • General understanding of the workings of supply chain
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Analyzation of reporting
  • Experience or knowledge of ERP or MRP systems
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals.  
  • Ability to regularly write and speak effectively with vendors and other members of the organization.  
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.  Computations of rates, ratios and percentages.
  • Application of common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.  
  • Ability to deal with problems with concrete variables in a standard setting.


Bachelors’ degree in relevant field or two plus years of planning or purchasing experience.  Clerical, phones, and some computer experience.
